Kealy Construction Company (Kealy), filed this interpleader action in superior court to determine the priority of competing claims to the interpleaded funds. The United States, appellant, and Black, Robertshaw, Frederick, Copple & Wright, P. C. (Law Firm), appellee, filed cross motions for summary judgment on the issue of their respective priority right to the funds. The trial court granted the Law Firm's motion in a partial summary judgment filed August 1, 1978. The sole issue before us is whether the trial court erred in holding that the Law Firm's claim to the interpleaded funds had priority over the tax lien of the United States.*fn1
